our custom design process

1. Consultation
We take the time to get to know our clients and understand their vision. Contact us and we'll reach out with a comprehensive questionnaire that helps us learn more about your brand and your gifting needs. 

2. Proposal
Within 1 week of receiving the questionnaire, we will send a custom proposal of the gift content design.
Need to tweak the design? We will make multiple revisions until you are completely satisfied!

3. Details
Once the content is approved, it's time to move on to customizing paper (tags, labels, itinerary) and finishing touches so that your gift perfectly matches your brand.

4. Delivery
We have multiple delivery options available - we will work with you to find the right fit. Whether you choose hand delivery or ground shipping, we will be your main contact up until the gifts arrive.
