How long will it take for my ready-made gift(s) to arrive?
Part & Parcel ready-made gifts take 1-3 days to process and 2-6 days to ship, depending on where they're going and which shipping method you choose. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

What do you charge for shipping?
All ready-made gifts qualify for free shipping. Shipping for our custom gifts is calculated based on the size and weight of the shipping container.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us prior to placing your order at orders@partparcelgifts.com.

Do you offer hand delivery service?
Yes, we offer hand delivery in Roanoke City and Roanoke County for a flat rate of $20. If you require hand delivery for a custom order that is outside of our range, please inquire at orders@partparcelgifts.com and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
If you would like to send gifts to different recipients, please create a separate purchase for each recipient. 

What if my tracking says the box was delivered, but the recipient hasn't received it?
If a box is delivered according to your tracking number, but the recipient hasn't received it, we will work to locate it by calling the carrier and/or filing a carrier claim. If the gift cannot be located, unfortunately, it may be lost or stolen. Contact us at orders@partparcelgifts.com so we can help remedy the situation. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your returns and exchange policy?
We put time and love into making sure you are completely satisfied. If your gift arrives worse for the wear, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival so we can make it right! Otherwise, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns of custom or perishable items.

Do you have order minimums?
We have a minimum of 12 gifts for any orders including a custom logo.

How long is your custom order process?
Each project is carefully designed, sourced, and assembled to meet the vision and specifications of our clients. We ask for 1 week to design the project - which includes time for multiple revisions - and an additional 3 weeks to source, curate, pack, and deliver.

Do you make custom client gifts?
Yes! We will work closely with you to create a client gift that best showcases your branding and vision. 

Do you make custom corporate & business gifts?
Yes! We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for customers, events, employees, holidays, and more! We will work closely with you to create a custom gift that is perfect for your business objective.

Do you make custom wedding welcome gifts?
